BOLIVAR

[Exploration]

A new geological mine program began during the third quarter of 2008. Mine exploration developed an ore trend and chimney model for the Bolivar mineralization district, drilled mineralized trends and chimney skarn mineralization along the San Angel dike, and the down-plunge extensions of the Fernandez, Brecha Linda and San Francisco zones to increase high-grade material. Furthermore, the Company extracted high-quality material to maximize value and generate a medium-grade stockpile from which to commence mill production.

In addition, larger scale “headframe” exploration is also being done for similar copper-zinc mineralized trends and disseminated copper-silver-gold open-pittable targets. Current headframe exploration centers on the compilation and re-examination of the Dia Bras database, an evaluation of Dia Bras’ extensive core library, application of successful work by Prof. Meinert using low-cost alteration mapping and geochemical sampling that will be utilized to define a prioritized target list. Lastly, the precise testing of quality, prioritized drill targets from surface will be completed to add to Dia Bras’ current resource base.

The Company's exploration efforts are guided by reports commissioned to assess the property's potential. Bolivar is a district-scale property considered prospective for new discoveries, including bulk-tonnage copper-skarn deposits, as confirmed by recent technical reports and field visits by Prof. Lawrence D. Meinert.
